Implementation Teams

Together we can make a difference.

The Cancer Action Coalition of Virginia (CACV) has identified priority areas for which dedicated implementation teams work together to address specific goals and objectives of the Virginia Cancer Plan (VCP). The goal of implementation teams is to assemble stakeholders throughout Virginia to build a cohesive, diverse and efficient group of partners who focus their efforts to make measurable progress on relevant goals and objectives of the VCP.

Each implementation team will leverage the expertise and resources of its members to address goals and objectives of the VCP through education and training, the implementation of evidence-based interventions, and policy, systems, and environmental changes.
