Welcome to the Cancer Action Coalition of Virginia (CACV)’s Cancer Survivorship Resource Directory. This directory was created to serve as a living document of resources and services for cancer patients beginning at diagnosis and extending beyond treatment.
Please note that the resources listed are not inclusive of all survivorship resources and services. The current resources were found via an online search or submitted by members of CACV. The directory is regularly updated, and we appreciate all feedback.
National Resources are those provided by a national organization that are available to patients and caregivers in Virginia, regardless of where they live.
State Resources are those provided by Virginia based organizations that are available to patients and caregivers living in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Local Resources are those provided by local organizations that are only available to residents of a specific county, region, or city.
After selecting a resource tab, use the “Cancer Type” filter to reflect the specific eligibility requirements and cancer type of interest for each resource. To generate a list of all resources available for all cancer patients, under “Cancer Type” select “All” and each individual cancer type. To return to this main page after viewing a resource tab, please select “Return to All Resources.”
